The Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit

  This is one of the most innovative and futuristic-looking pieces of technology that has ever been made. The B-2 stealth bomber is an American made aircraft that is made very slim and has a very similar look of a sting ray in its design. It hasnt been used as frequently during war because of its high price, but it is capable of carrying about 40,000 pounds of convential nuclear bombs into enemy territory

Blog Post 11/14

A new telescope has been innovated for further exploration into space. The "ALMA" is used to study formation of planets in a distant solar system. It will help better the understanding of the process. It is currently located in the Atacama desert in the South American continent, Chile. This large telescope is
16,500 feet tall and contains 66 dishes spaced across 16 km( 10 mi ) of the desert. The installation is uniquely suited for highly detailed images between the infrared and radio waves.
The image is of a star located about 450 light years away.

Wikis

1. We could possibly use wikis in various math based classes. People usually have  trouble or require help in Geometry and Algebra classes. Therefore wikis can help connect with friends to share information on a certain concept or if they need help on it.

2. Benefits of using a wiki in class include extra help and tutoring from fellow students.

3. I can create an account an start inputting information that i've picked up and learned. Although wikis change almost everyday, its still very helpful to input information to help peers

4.I have not had much experience with wikis. I only utilize them to obtain information for a paper in one of my classes.

IYB Basketball

  On Sunday I had an IYB league game. Both freshman and sophomores faced the Totowa Bears. This would be the second time we faced off against them. The first time we walked away with a "W" with a buzzer beater at the end of the game. We already anticipated them wanting to get back at us for such a close win. In the first quarter we ended up outplaying them offensively. With good ball movement and aggressive moves to the lane we were able to jump to a healthy lead. However throughout the the next two and a half quarters we ended up slacking and allowing them to get on a run. By the end of the fourth quarter we ended up having a tie score, forcing us to go into overtime. Overtime is where we basically fell apart. They ended up beating us by 8 points, leaving us with a
4-2 record.
